A feeling of historic elegance will surround you as you enter this gracious Victorian home. Built in1870 by the Van Dusen family, this Queen Anne style “Painted Lady” features 4 bedrooms each with its own private full bath, one with a Jacuzzi tub, making this a perfect choice for a vacation home. Enjoy a large well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen is a small sitting room with a gas fireplace. A small indoor patio area overlooks the garden and gazebo. Of special interest is the Umbrella Pine in the front yard. It is consider to be the only tree of its kind in the Northwest. Sleeping for 11 to 13 people. Until recently this home was a Bed and Breakfast. In fact it was the longest running Bed and Breakfast in Astoria with its original innkeeper- owner. For the first time in Astoria's lodging history, we are privileged to be able to give you the opportunity to vacation in an original Victorian Home and experience the feeling of yesteryear with all the modern conveniences of today.

| This is the dining room with plenty of room to seat all the people in your party. 8 people can be seated at the main table and 5 or 6 at the smaller table. Notice the world map on the wall behind the door. We have left it up ......... as we thought it might be of interest to our guest to see all of the cities or countries this "Bed and Breakfast" has served over the years.. |

The living area has been newly redecorated with leather sofas, love seats and chairs. Glass coffee and end tables complete this extended living area. A new large screen TV has also been added for your enjoyment to this comfortable and relaxing living room. |

master suite is at the head of the stairs, featuring a working fireplace as
well as a picturesque view of the river. The large bathroom has a
Jacuzzi tub with a hand held shower. Each bedroom has a small frig and a
coffee maker. One queen bed with a queen sofa sleeper, sleeping 4.

and towels are furnished for your convenience. All bedrooms have clock radios

$150.00 to be returned to you when you leave a damage free home. No smoking in
the home. No Pets. Off street parking for 4 cars. 10% room tax is added to
the rent.
